These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website operated by BAIG'S LLC. By accessing or purchasing from the Site, you agree to these Terms.

You confirm you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws.

2. Product information & accuracy

We try to display product details accurately. However:

  • Packaging may vary by batch.

  • Images are for illustration; minor variations may occur.

  • We may correct errors (pricing, descriptions, availability) at any time.

3. Pricing & payment

  • Prices are shown at checkout.

  • Payment must be completed online. No COD is offered.

  • We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

4. Order acceptance & cancellation

An order is not accepted until it is confirmed and processed. We may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or verification needs. If cancelled after payment, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. Please read our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & refunds

Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Final Sale items are non-returnable except where required by applicable law or if defective/damaged on arrival.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (logos, images, text, design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

8. Prohibited use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malware, or engage in illegal activity.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (loss of profit, data, goodwill). Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, and disputes shall be subject to the competent courts of Dubai, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
